Grindr is all about selflessness, kindness, empathy, inclusion, intellectual inclusion, technological inclusion, knowledge, tech skills, and a whole lot of grit. As we begin this venture, founders who may be looking to up their technological game and advance their education, or founders and individuals who may be looking to have a career in technology will have a unique opportunity to learn about business, economics, technology, and the capital markets. This kind of education can be a foundation for founders. It can provide them with the knowledge to handle the intellectual aspects and the pressures that come with running a startup. There is a phenomenal amount to know. But education is the bright spot in all this. It can enable the startup founder to walk a bit more lightly with confidence, and get a lot more accomplished. But remember startups are not just about the founders. They are also about the employees and the first hires at a startup. This is what will set Techgrindr.com apart from the rest. We plan on educating individuals who might just want to work for a technology company or startup. By simply introducing software that is used in companies' technology stacks. 

There is a whole technology ecosystem here. And we feel one of the biggest problems facing technology is a lack of inclusion. And we are simply talking about technological inclusion right now. For people who are looking for a career in technology, learning software for sales, marketing, customer service, and more can be achieved quite easily. This is the kind of technological inclusion we are speaking about. But even when people obtain these skills, it can still be incredibly difficult to land an entry level role at a company or technology company. On our landing page we said straight up we were not going to sugar coat things. Entering the world of tech has its risks whether you are building a company or just planning to work for a company. And we believe that risk should not be concealed and should be out in the open. We believe that folks should be kept in the loop and know the authentic reality that is going on under the hood in technology. We always dive in head first with a glass half-full mindset.
